SEAL BEACH

A quaint Main Street and unique local vibe are among the many characteristics that make Seal Beach a wonderful place to live.

Welcome to Seal Beach

Wide, sandy beaches, great surf spots, a quaint Main Street lined with boutique shops and restaurants, and a staunchly slower pace than almost all other beach cities in southern California most certainly make Seal Beach a wonderful place to live. Another important detail to note is the surprisingly quick and convenient freeway access, which again is somewhat rare for beach communities. Some notable luxury homes include oceanfront properties near the pier, and properties just north of PCH in a neighborhood coined, “The Hill,” where some homes high enough on that hill have mostly peekaboo but nonetheless ocean views. A few miles inland, just north of the 405 freeway, is a very another popular neighborhood called College Park East, directly across from Old Ranch Country Club. Built-in the late 1960s and early 1970s, many of the original floorplans have been beautifully remodeled and upgraded by new owners. This, among other market factors, has increased property values significantly. Seal Beach residents enjoy sending their kids to high-rated, Blue Ribbon schools in the Los Alamitos district.
