Do I need a "neighborhood specialist"?

Chances are the NS in your neighborhood has a long track-record that gets her/him listings without much additional effort. They have probably been there for decades. Because they are so well known, they may no longer need to get you the highest price or give above-and-beyond service to continue getting business and referrals. In those cases, results could end up lacking. Knowing a neighborhood's street names and home models by memory, in our opinion, won't help an agent sell a house for the highest price. Sometimes decades-old experience can be just that: old and outdated. No matter who you work with, don't settle for crooked cell phone photos of messy rooms, poor descriptions full of Fair Housing violations, no calls or meetings after business hours, or worse, an agent who doesn't know how to efficiently use current technology. In today's fast-paced, cloud-based, and brutally competitive housing market, service like that is not good enough. Work with a brand dedicated to you and to breaking records with each and every sale.

Will I get better service from a large team?

Not always. Much of the time it goes like this: You sign with a large team and then get stuck working with brand new, inexperienced agents, assistants and staff. Their high fees probably don't go toward getting you anything extra, but curiously they often seem to sustain the team's glam image. Ever seen the Netflix shows Selling Sunset or Selling the OC? They are certainly binge-worthy, but you don't want any of that drama inside your real estate deal. We have a hands-on, luxury approach without the ego or gouging fee. And every deal is crafted and closed, top to bottom, by our principal agent. He tours his clients, prepares each listing, and negotiates every detail of every transaction.

Will a celebrity agent sell my home faster and for more money?

You've heard it before. They have this secret pool of buyers that no one else has access to, right? Well, if they already had even a single buyer for your home, they wouldn't need to list it. Think about it this way: That famous agent can still sell your home even if it's listed with us. In fact, since dual agency is uncommon and very unpopular, you probably shouldn't list with the agent you believe has buyers for your home. Buyers want their own agents, just like a seller wants loyal, undivided representation. We know exactly which agents to network with, and we will put your home on their radars immediately. In fact, we give them an incentive to sell our listings over their own.
