Andrew’s expertise is vast. He has personally shown more than 1,200 homes locally, and in just ten months closed an astonishing 27 transactions, a true testament to his sharp negotiation skills, invaluable insight of key market trends, and the mastery necessary to beat other agents in highly-competitive, multiple-offer situations. Closing that amount of volume in such a short period of time ranked him higher than some of OC’s most prestigious agents. As a lender, he has originated and processed the smoothest and most hassle-free purchase loans and refinances known to man, “wowing” clients with low rates, and clearing files for funding with minimal paperwork in just a few days.
In 2013, an opportunity to work in the mortgage industry wooed Andrew away from his plan of attending law school. After a year of apprenticeship and mastering lending guidelines and loan processing, he used that knowledge and skill to land a job as a real estate agent at a large brokerage. A few months later, he was busier than most agents with decades-long careers. Andrew quickly discovered that his educational strengths, creative talents, and personality made him an unbeatable force when representing buyers and crafting bold offers that crushed the competition. His clients were always winning. From there he was recruited to a top luxury listings team in Newport Beach where he learned the secrets of compelling marketing and masterful real estate representation.
It wasn’t all quick successes that made Andrew the agent he is today. As a consumer, he bought his first house in his early twenties, years before doing real estate as a career, and just happened to close escrow moments before the crash of 2007-2008. That experience above all else is what makes Andrew a devoted advocate for his clients. He deeply understands the fears buyers have, and he knows how to conquer them and empower his clients to succeed and safely achieve their dreams. When it comes to advising and guiding sellers, his valuable insight into the minds of buyers and his gifted approach to property pricing and presentation have produced notably smooth sales and neighborhood price records.
Away from the office, Andrew spends as much time as possible with his wife and sons, and it is the pursuit of a rewarding work-life balance that makes him most proud to do real estate for a living. He is a motorcycle enthusiast, and if he isn’t riding his own Harley-Davidson, he is usually enjoying demo-riding days at local dealerships and looking forward to motorcycle (and classic car) shows. He and his family reside in Irvine, where they are big fans of the parks, hiking trails, shopping, and close proximity to Laguna Beach. Some of Andrew’s favorite neighborhoods around Orange County are Irvine Cove, Shorecliffs, Dover Shores, Shady Canyon, Edwards Hill, Cowan Heights, Rossmoor, Floral Park, and Belmont Shore in Long Beach.
